Do you provide international shipping?
Yes. Please call of email us directly to receive a quote for international shipping options. While we may be a small Texas company, we want to share our crafts globally.
What is your return policy?
For all in-stock items, we offer a 90-day return policy. This covers any defects in workmanship or materials. Please submit an email to us regarding any concerns with your items to email@example.com For all special orders and customized pieces, we do not offer any returns. This is due to the
unique nature of customer woodworking and that these items are one-of-a-kind.
How do I track my order?
When you pay for your order, you will receive an invoice with a unique invoice number. Once the item ships, we will send you the shipping confirmation including tracking numbers for the respective service you selected. We recommend using the couriers website to track your order as they have up to the minute information. All of our items ship FOB, shipping point.
